<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>I'm a white male from NJ going to an elite boarding school considering ED2 for either of these.. prob Midd.</p>

<p>SAT: 2070 (Math:720, Reading: 660, Writing, 690)
GPA: 3.67 (unweighted) (my school is super rigorous and this puts me in the top 15% even though my school doesn't send rank and it doesn't send GPA because we calculate GPA so differently than other schools (we don't weight anything and A+'s are the same as A's)</p>

<p>Freshman/Sophomore Year Classes: Honors</p>

<p>Junior Year:
Precalculus, Physics (accelerated), Spanish 3 Honors, AP English, US History, Japanese 1 (independently done)
Senior Year:
AP Stats, AP Spanish, AP Psych, English, Calculus, Anatomy (A's in all except one B in Stats (I hate stats).</p>

<p>EC's:
Mock Trial 4 years (try outs) (Current President)
Spanish Club Leader
Newspaper 4 Years
Tour Guide
ESL
GSA</p>

<p>I do XC and manage sports for fun.</p>

<p>My essay is pretty good I think and my teacher recs will be very good.</p>

<p>I'm considering ED'ing to either of these...I visited both and plan on interviewing to both - I know my SAT is kinda low but I can't take it a 4th time.. (or should I?)</p>

<p>I know they aren't safeties at all and that's why I'm hoping ED helps - do you have any other school recs or application recs? Thank you! :)>- </p>

<p>Both schools are difficult to get into, and you are in the 25-75 range for SAT scores at both schools. GPA is a tad low, but you still have a shot. Will you run cross country or track for either school? If you are good enough to, that would help tremendously. Need to contact the coaches if you plan to do that of course.</p>

<p>Thank you for the response! I don’t honestly think that I’m good enough to run Midd or Wes XC…I heard you need like a 4:20 minute mile to even be considered…should I just contact the coach to express interest anyway? </p>
