Thanks for taking some time to read over this,
As December 15 quickly approaches, I'm starting to freak out a little bit about getting into Northwestern (engineering).
I'm a white male, I attend one of the top public schools in PA, no legacy.

GPA - 4.0 / 4 unweighted, 5.2 weighted
SAT - 2260 (770 math, 740 reading, 750 writing)
ACT - n/a
SAT II - 780 chemistry, 760 math 2, 760 USH
AP classes: Chemistry (5), Calc BC (5), Physics C Mechanics (5), USH (5), Environmental Science (5), currently taking Physics C E&M, Spanish, Language and composition, and biology
Also taking honors linear algebra, which doesn't get AP credit, but is based off of MIT's course
School doesn't rank, but as far as I know I'd be tied for #1

Extracurriculars:
Ice hockey - JV (9), Varsity (10,11,12) - I'm the starting goalie, and though goalies can't be captains, am recognized by my teammates and coaches as the leader of the team
Model UN - (10,11,12) - My school has one of the best teams in the state, we win the team award for best delegation at the vast majority of our conferences, and I've been individually awarded 6 times
Student council - (9,10,11,12) - Senior class treasurer
BBYO Youth Group - (10,11,12) - Chapter vice president (11), Regional Treasurer (12)
Work - Camp Counselor (subject of my CA essay), retirement home dining services
NHS

Honors:
Highest Honor Roll (9,10,11, likely 12)
Brown University Junior Book Award (11) - Awarded for "outstanding use of the English Language"
Nathan H. Kaufman Scholastic Athlete Award (12)

Pretty good essays and recommenders (AP Chem and APUSH teachers)

Thanks again for looking over this, and best of luck to anyone else awaiting ED decisions. (On the subject, if anyone's heard the exact date Northwestern plans on releasing decisions, it would be much appreciated)
