Do you think that it helps at all that i do not need financial aid?

The optional info paper thingy due on Oct 15th should i send that in? Does it make a difference or... bc isnt it just rolling admissions?

1.- already answered- not needing financial aid makes NO difference. It is not considered in admissions.

It is not rolling admissions, per se. The first admittees will find out in Jan. and Feb. for interviews for the big scholarships. Most (the rest) will hear in March and April. The "optional info paper thingy"- PART 1- is not critical; it should not make a difference but you need to do any extra thing you can to show interest. It probably doesn't help but it certainly doesn't hurt to do part 1- there is very little info required so just do it.
