I think you’ll get into Brockport. I was accepted for Fall 2009 and my stats were higher, but still comparable. You may even qualify automatically for some of the academic scholarships based on your GPA and ACT/SAT.

In at Brockport like the above poster said.

I’m also African American. My GPA was a 2.97 (85/86, so a B), ACT composite was a 23, and I had lots of ECs like Girl Scouts, sports, theater, and work experience. I got in, and was also invited to the Delta College.

I honestly think you’ll get into all of them. Unless SUNYs all of a sudden got ridiculously more selective. Just make sure you hand your application in as early as possible. You’ll have a better chance because it is rolling admissions.

Using the middle 50% as a guidline; your GPA is low for all three…Your ACT is good at all three…75th at Brockport and Plattsburg…somewhere between the 25th and 50th at Albany.

I’d say you’ve certainly got a good chance at all three. Clearly your GPA specifics are not known to us…might depend on the trend of your grades, weakness is just one area, and so forth. Get good letters of recommendation, write a good essay…explain your strengths…very doable!
