Please Chance me On this! Any comments will be helpful  Thank you in advanced!!!

Also, I have published 4 games on the Android Play Store. They total up to about 70 downloads. Please chance me. If you chance me and want me to chance you, put the link on the comment, and I will be more than happy to chance you

Thank you!

Another update (Sorry, this will be the last one). My Weighted GPA for UC’s is 4.407, and my unweighted GPA is 3.78. Sorry!

What is your UC weighted and capped GPA (capped to 8 semesters’ worth of honors/AP +1 points)? It is hard to believe that it is 4.407 with an unweighted GPA of 3.78, unless the latter includes lower grades only in 9th grade.

Anyway, for UCs, see http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1903428-faq-uc-historical-frosh-admit-rates-by-hs-gpa.html for past admission rates by HS GPA (UC weighted and capped), but you should expect direct admission to any CS major (e.g. UCB EECS, UCLA CS, UCSD CSE) to be more difficult than the campus overall.

Note that UCSD and UIUC may admit you to a second choice major or undeclared if they consider you admissible to the campus but not the CS/CSE major. But enrolling and then trying to change into CS/CSE can be very difficult (e.g. last two quarters, the college GPA threshold to change into UCSD CSE was 4.0 and 3.9).

Oh, I did not know that there was a UC capped GPA. I believe that my UC capped GPA is 4.08. Is this too low?

And that grade excludes senior year grades

With a 4.08 GPA, UCB and UCLA will be reaches (12% and 14% admit rates for 2015 – more difficult if you apply for UCB EECS and UCLA CS). UCSD had a 39% admit rate for your GPA range in 2015, but CSE is an extremely impacted major, so you should consider it a reach for getting into the CSE major there.
