Chance me at these UC's plus SLO, will chance back

My freshman year was okay, but sophomore was bad. I really brought up my grades junior year though. I have a personal reason for my sophomore year that I mentioned in my essay

Freshman: 3.67/3.67 (two B's)

Sophomore: 3.42/3.42 (four B's unweighted) 3.57/3.57 (four B's, weighted)

Junior: 3.83/3.83 (one B, unweighted) 4.3/4.3 (one B, weighted)

Soph and Junior combined GPA: 3.58 unweighted/ 3.92 weighted

I got straight A's my first semester of Senior year (4.64!)

SAT: 1970/1280 (I know I know, I'm not retaking.)

by Senior Year I'll have taken these AP/Honors classes

Honors Chem
Honors Physics
Honors English III
Honors Pre Calc
AP Bio
AP Gov/Econ
AP English Literature
AP Caluclus AB

My school doesn't have very many AP's, and I wasn't offered an AP my sophomore year. So the only AP I took a test for was AP Bio, and sadly I got a 2 How will that affect me?

I want to major in Neuroscience and do PreMed. Biological sciences for Cal Poly

Chance me at: UCSD, UCLA, UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, Cal Poly, and UC Berkeley.
UC Davis is the goal
I got a supplement from UCB. Hopefully i did awesome on it.

I live in California, I'm first gen, and I'm 100% Afghan

Income bracket: less than 40k a year

I think my EC's are great (correct me if I'm wrong). I had personal issues that I'll explain in my essay for sophomore year, but the upper trend will improve my chances right??

Your EC’s rock! Your SAT score IS workable, even if others tell you otherwise, and I totally understand not wanting to retake it. The biggest issue I see here is gpa, and you can’t really go back and change those grades, so there’s not much more for me to say to that. I honestly think you’re an excellent candidate for UC Davis, though some of the others listed could be a stretch.
Don’t send your AP bio score, and it won’t affect you. What they will care about is that you took the harder class. It will also be considered that your school didn’t offer tons of AP’s.
Being first generation and Afghan could be the hook that gets you in to some these places.
Good Luck!!

Thank you for the chance! Bump bump bump

Everythink but UCLA and UCB are matches
those two are low reach
take SAT again . If you can get a 2100 you will get into these two to because of minority

Ethnicity has no role in admission to CA Publics.

I don’t know much about those schools, but your ECs are pretty good! I think you have pretty good chances. They look at more than just grades and scores!
