<p>I’m assuming by ACT you actually mean SAT?</p>
<p>While Berkeley does seem to be raising the amount of OOS applicants it admits, I don’t think you have as great of a chance of getting in there since UCs tend to focus more on grades/test scores/personal statement rather than ECs.</p>
<p>What are you planning on majoring in?</p>
<p>1900 on the ACT is phenomenal u should get acceptances to any school u apply to…
if its the SAT tho

UNC - low match (coz ur IS)
UVA - low reach
Cornell, Berkeley, USC, BC - high reaches
