*I was unable to take the Chemistry AP test due to family reasons.
List of some of the colleges I'm applying to:
Drexel, George Mason U, UMass Amherst, Richard Stockton College of NJ,
University of New Hampshire, University of Connecticut, University of Buffalo,
SUNY Binghampton, Penn State, Boston U, University of Pittsburg,
University of Scranton, University of Maryland and finally Rutgers! :)

If you can suggest some changes, that would be great! :)

Your ACT is amazing for the schools you’re applying to. Your EC’s are very good as well. Although you have a low GPA and rank, your ACT will help you tremendously in getting accepted at the schools on your list. You have solid chances, just keep your grades up and avoid sending your SAT if you can.

Your act does not match the sub scores you posted, so Im not sure which one to judge you by.
