I know that — look at the middle 50% for many of the schools you listen (columbia, cornell, etc.) and you’ll find your SAT score is below them. 1430 corresponds to about a 2040 on the old sat, which is too low for Columbia, cornell etc. 34 on the ACT however is fine, so just send that.
I agree with the above posters- you should only send your 34 ACT when possible (I know Stanford requires a full testing history).
Your hook would only be a hook at need-aware schools- most top colleges nowadays are need blind to domestic applicants.
You have good ECS, nothing outstanding, so you have a shot and should definitely apply, but remember admission to top schools are a crapshoot and no one can predict how you will fare.
Okay. The main reason I thought about sending it/only took it once was because my math score on it was 750, will that change anything or is it still better not to send it?
These schools are all true reaches except for BC, which is probably a low reach or high match for you. I think you should add a few matches and at least one safety to your list of schools. You may not need to run the NPC, but keep other fit variables in mind when evaluating schools: academics, social scene/culture, environment, food/dorms, etc.
If one school becomes your #1 choice, consider applying early if possible.
