"Chance me" for 6-8 year medical programs/how can I improve? (Sophomore)

Hi guys. I just wanted someone to take a look at my current situation. I've always been sure of my future career path so I figured that it would be ideal if I could get accepted into a 6-8 year medical program. I hear they're very competitive though.

Right now I'm a sophomore.

I am Asian American. (female)
UW: ~3.6
Weighted: ~4.4
^ I know my UW will hurt me. (My school is ranked top 1% in the US if that changes anything)
SAT: ~1900, this was a mock SAT I took at the end of my freshman year. I have another mock test coming soon.

Extracurricular:

Symphonic band (saxophone and flute)
Jazz band
Marching band
JV soccer
Tutoring for elementary, middle, and high schoolers
Volunteer at hospital
Volunteer at a retirement home
Public speaking towards minority groups to advocate breast cancer awareness (have been doing this since I was 5)
Translator for minority groups (I speak fluent English, Mandarin, and Spanish)
Habitat for Humanity
Animal Welfare Club (volunteer at animal shelter)

I've taken honors and AP classes for everything so far.

5 honors my freshman year, 4 honors and 1 AP this year.
Will continue to take H/AP courses throughout rest of high school.

Non-legacy, no connections, nothing special.

I'm just looking for people who have experience to tell me how to improve my chances in the future when I apply. What do I need to work on? What am I doing well with? I still have a good year and a half so I would like to take advantage of the time I have left.
