My GPA will most likely go up as it has since freshman year(When it was terrible) because im getting a 4.0 this semester and hope to get it first of senior year.(GPA since sophomore year is 3.77) maybe that will show an upward trend?

Overall, your app seems generic. Certificates won’t help and none of your ECs stand out.
Is this your UW GPA? It’s really low, you need to get it up, the posters on here calling GTech as a high match are incorrect, GTech is really tough to get into. UMich stands in the same category and UIUC even though noted as a high match is really prestigious. You need to get on with more ECs and work your GPA up if you wanna get through those reaches. Best of luck, mate.

You seem to have a common theme of physics throughout your application, and I think you should stress that on your application in order for them to see your significant interest in science, as colleges do express interest in students who seem far more devoted in one subject than little interest in multiple subjects. I might pursue a few more EC’s your senior year if possible however, since you seem to be lacking a little in that category. Good luck!
