Chance me for a transfer to a top aerospace engineering school?

Sorry for this being a repost from a different section, I just figured this would be the better section to ask in.
Hey everyone, I’m considering the possibility of transferring and want to know if I have a decent chance or not at getting into a top aerospace engineering program (GaTech/Stanford/UIUC/UT Austin/Purdue/Texas A&M/Umich/Cornell). I currently go to an engineering school ranked in the 70s on us news & world report, and my overall GPA is a 3.88 (It was a 3.96 going into this semester but a humanities course and electromagnetism dropped it a little). My major gpa should be around a 3.92 (Don’t have all of my final grades yet that’s what I’m hoping to end up with in terms of overall/major gpa), and that is all with 56 credits. I completed an engineering internship at NASA and am going to do one at Lockheed Martin, and for EC’s I am the VP of ASME at my school, secretary of AIAA, and my freshman year I was on the Rocksat-C team. Would I have a decent chance if I applied to any of those schools for aerospace engineering? Also next semester I want to retake the humanities course, so if all goes well I think my overall gpa should go back to around a 3.95, so if that happens what would my chances be for one of those schools? Thanks for any help you can give!
