GPA/Standardized Test Scores: Your GPA is a tad low for T30s. Generally most of the kids will be 4.0UW. It won't severely harm your application though. Your SAT is not amazing, but not horrible either; it's a very good score that will be fine at most T30s.
ECs: Too vague. JV/Varsity debate on which circuit? What type? Regional, state, or national? Which tournaments? MUN is generally not AS important as major debate formats like policy/PF/LD. You lack some of the shiny national/international awards, but I wouldn't know exactly from what you've posted.
Chance you? If we can say that most T30 universities have an acceptance rate of around 10%, I would hold that 10% for you as well; I have no idea your level of rigor, your race, the extent to which your ECs have garnered awards / leadership, etc.
You are, however, qualified to apply to these T30 universities. What I said is critiquing your vagueness, not your achievements; you are definitely qualified and have a shot.
