Hi. I'm a white female from PA. I come from a lower middle/ working class family. I'm going to be graduating from a poorer public high school that has low standardized test scores and a low graduation rate.

I have a 97.31 GPA (I think it's weighted because my school only gives one on the transcript). I am 18th in my class out of 250 (top 10%), but the class total drops weekly so that number might go down. I have an 1840 on the SAT, and I just retook it this weekend. If it doesn't go up considerably I will not submit it, so please don't consider it.

My Common App is essay is really good, and it is a product that I can be pleased with. Essentially, it's about how my interest in history has shaped my entire life from when I was younger, and how it continues to shape my academic interests, volunteer work, and future career plans. My recommendations should be good because I asked 2 AP teachers that know me really well because I took all of their offered classes and my guard coach, who has instructed me for six years, since middle school.

Thank you.
