Chance me for Brown, Columbia & ...UBC Sauder? (Incoming senior)

I'm an international (Canadian citizenship) student, Asian female, undecided major (something in arts/humanities though, or business), and I'm finishing up junior year. I go to a small private school in Asia.

SAT: 730 CR, 800 M, 710 W (single sitting; if I have time, I'll retake if needed)

SAT II: haven't done any yet :/

GPA: no such thing in my school, but I took GCSE/IGCSEs (international standardised exams) for freshman and sophomore years and I'm enrolled in the International Baccalaureate diploma (standardised exams again, yay) so

(I)GCSE grades:

English Literature - A
English Language - A*
French - A*
History - A
Music - A
Math - A*
Co-ordinated Sciences (Double Award) - A/A
Chinese - A*
First Language Chinese - C (I don't know why I took this, Chinese isn't my first language)

IB grades (predicted grades because final exams are in June 2012):

Higher Math - 6
Higher English A1 - 7
Higher Economics - 7
Standard French B - 6/7
Standard History - 6
Standard Physics - 7
Theory of Knowledge/Extended Essay - no assessment yet, but based on current performance in class I'd say 2 out of 3 points?

Major awards: basically none :c unless distinctions/merits in ABRSM piano count?

Extracurriculars/community service (it's okay, you can laugh):

Piano (ABRSM Grade 8 level; 11 years roughly) - occasional performances eg at school and in the junior school associated with us but nothing big
School choir (5 years) - Previous performances at large venues but no solos or anything amazing.
Ukulele and melodica (hobbies; 1 year each)
Editor for school's literary magazine (1 year)
Co-organized the school's participation in a sponsored walk for cancer research (~200 participants from our school, probably 1000 participants from the whole city)
Co-leader (co-founder, I guess) of school's Shark Awareness group (ongoing, currently 1 year) - basically raising awareness for shark finning (this pretty much reveals where I live now, oh well) and raising funds for charities that support anti-shark finning
Capoeira (3 months...the school wouldn't fund the activity for any longer)
Dance (3 months, plan to pursue over the summer too) - no significant performances, it's really just a hobby.
Teaching English to Chinese children (for free; 5 months, plan to continue with this in senior year)

Essays: haven't written yet but they should be good.

I'm aware my chances are pretty much zero (if the CC standards for ECs are anything to go by), but I'd appreciate any input all the same. I'd also love suggestions for match colleges in Canada and reach/high reach colleges in America. My school limits the number of applications to six colleges and my parents are only willing to pay for top-ranked universities in the US (ie Ivy League or similar in selectivity, and also no small LACs sob) which is why I'm looking for high reach colleges. :/

Thanks in advance :) And wow this post looks long. Sorry, I tend to ramble a bit.

I don’t know how to edit my first post, ahhh :S

I forgot to mention that my school sends maybe 1 person to an Ivy (or equivalent in ranking/“name”) every 2 years, and each graduating class is around 180 students. My school’s really UK-oriented (5/6 people get into Oxbridge every year).
