I’m currently a senior at an average public high school ranked top 4 or 5 percent. I want to get into aerospace engineering major at ut but I heard it’s hard, so if I don’t get in, should I try a&m?

I take dual enrollment classes with my community college. Relevant classes are biology, chemistry, college algebra/precal, calculus and I’ve also taken ap physics and ap psychology. 5 ap classes in total
Extra curriculars
-Online NASA high school aeropace scholars program/class 9 months
-Internship/job shadowing with local doctor 3 months
-Volunteering at nursing home 50 hours
-Main thing is art, 7 years or so, and I’m currently in ap 3d studio art. We recently got a 3d printer and I’m currently building a robot in that class. My area has very little resources for engineering.
