It drives me crazy that I can't do ED but here goes...

(I have a strange transcript because in 5th grade I skipped a grade so I have been young for my class but then after my junior year I moved to a better school in Maine and since I was a year younger I went to my new school as a junior again but took upper level classes for the most part. At my old school, they offered no APs and very few honors)

Intended Major: Music Industry

Weighted GPA: 96.5

SAT: 1760 - M-640, W-600, CR-520 (but I'm getting a tutor and hope to get up to at least a 2000. 26 ACT.

2 APs this year - Environmental & Music Theory
4 APs next year - Lit, Bio, Stats, and Spanish
as well as all honors classes where possible.

Took Calc last year dual enrollment.

Work Experience: Summer job at tourist attraction, seasonal part time retail job this past fall/early winter at Pacsun, current part time busser at a restaurant.

Volunteer: Volunteer every week at a horse rescue plus 40 hours this summer.

Summer Programs: this summer I'm studying Spanish for four weeks in Costa Rica along with community service and stuff.

Recommendations-getting my old principal of 3 years at my old school and I think it will be really strong. also getting my current music teacher who teaches my choir, AP Music Theory, and boy choir which is outside of school.

ECs - Boy Singers of Maine this year and next year. I did track for three years at my old school and managed the ski team for three years as well. I was in my old school's Select Vocal Ensemble since I was a freshman and then this year and next year I'm in my new school's chamber choir. At my old school, I was part of class council, National Honor Society, and FBLA but a lot of those things aren't offered here/it's hard for a new kid to be a part of a class council.

Do you guys have any recommendations besides higher test scores? Very nervous because this is my top choice. Also what do you think about people who have changed schools?
