Chance me for Georgetown, Notre Dame, Stanford + more!

Hello!
I am currently a high-school junior. I am planning to start touring schools soon, but I now realize how expensive, time-consuming, and challenging it is to visit colleges. Because of this, I can not visit a lot of schools and would rather just visit schools that I have a chance of getting admitted to. That is where you all come in! I would appreciate honest advice of if I should look at these colleges! Is it worth my time to tour some of these schools? Am I aiming too high or am I just paranoid? Any advice or opinions would be helpful! The college list is at the bottom of the post.

Ok so you are honestly quite a stellar applicant! A 34 ACT and 1480 SAT are great scores. So, basically a 34 with such a strong GPA of yours puts you in to the running for pretty much all of the schools you applied to. Due to their extremely low acceptance rates, you are likely to be rejected by more of them then accepted, but if you apply to a bunch of them, with your stats, you are bound to be accepted into at least one of them. So, next year, apply ED to one of them, and then RD all of the others. I would say would have a great shot of getting into one of Dartmouth, UPenn, Princeton, Yale for the iveys. Applying ED to Dartmouth would be my recommendation for you, especially if you are considering economics. In addition, I feel like you have a very strong shot at Boston College and USC and Notre Dame and Georgetown, and should get acceptance to some or all of these four. Best of luck to you!

Could you chance me back for Wake and Tulane?

Sorry not “applied to” but the schools you are planning on applying to

bump

I’d try and get a leadership position in JSA to help build a spike. I’ve been told that SC is very general, even though it’s student government. You still have a year, so even an officer position would be good.

Your profile is great. No need to retake a standardized test. The ACT score is better than the SAT score. Also, you should take a second subject test. Most colleges will want to see two subject test scores. Your ECs seem pretty related, which is good, so be sure to highlight your interests in your application. You can do this by choosing the order of your ECs, choosing which major you’d like to apply to, and perhaps writing essays on your interests relating to the social sciences. With good essays, I think you could get into several Ivies

Thanks @doorrealthe @ab2002 ! I appreciate your advice!
