Chance me for HKUST please?

Hi, I’m an international student applying early to HKUST as a mechanical engineering major
-98% predicted in class 12 (CBSE)
-93% in class 11, top 5% (class of 400)
-perfect CGPA in class 10
-SAT I: 1460/1600
-SAT II: 800 Physics, 740 M1
-National level sportsperson in two sports (+vice captain of state team during senior year for one of em), state level in a third.
-Leadership positions in clubs, bunch of awards from the school+ volunteer work
-personal statement is okayish

HKUST adcoms know my school pretty well cuz it’s very prestigious and heritage-y and accept a bunch of people each year from my school. My counselor whatsapps with the hk people regularly (yep, that pally). What I’m worried about is that when I sent her my request for the predicted scores, she unknowingly clicked the “decline” link instead of the correct one, and had to send a bunch of texts and official emails to the university to clarify and ask for them to fix it. I just hope this thing doesn’t have a negative impact on my app. She did send a letter of recommendation to them just to emphasize that I’m a good kid and the whole fiasco ain’t my fault at all.
Also, I recieved two emails asking for individual transcripts of junior and senior years (I had uploaded the official highschool thing which had all the grades + predicteds from ninth grade onwards) and nobody else who applied from my class got those e-mails. Is that a good thing or are they not very sure about taking me and need more documents to make up their minds??
