Schools don’t care about race for international students because they’re all meshed under the same category of non-US citizens. They compare you with people from the same country.

any general comments?

Please don’t abuse the bump. You are qualified and there’s nothing you can do about anything except try your best and see what happens.

any more chances?

The publication thing is impressive. I would say you have as good a shot as any international student, but just remember to apply to some safeties because nothing is guaranteed, especially for a foreigner.

thanks any more chances?

No matter how hard you think it is to get into an Ivy, I would say that you should multiply that by two or even three.

The acceptance rates are very low. Plus, these are the stated acceptance rates. If you are not a URM, YOUR acceptance chances will be even lower.

I would recommend that in addition to the Ivies, that you look at some schools just below Ivy level, such as Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, Duke, Georgetown.

Also, take a look at Berkeley and UCLA. They will likely covet someone who can pay full tution, as opposed to in-state tuition.

Wouldn’t say go all out on Ivy’s and MIT. Definitely try your hand at some other privates/safeties. You do however sound very competitive for all the schools you have listed. Good luck!

Chance me back? :P

any more suggestions?

Given your behavior here (repeated bumping after being asked to stop), I do wonder what your recommendations will say about you. If your teachers say you’re self-centered and insensitive, that could keep you out of very selective schools.
