Chance me for Johns Hopkins ED?

Stats:

HS graduation year: 2011
Ok..so here's the thing about my gpa. my counselor said my GPA is a 3.5 unweighted and a 3.8 weighted. But i got was offered a scholarship to a local university & the minimum unweighted gpa to get that scholarship was 3.8. so i'm not sure if schools calculate it differently or what. so just to keep a little leeway in my chances, let's just say my unweighted gpa is 3.5 & weighted is 3.8.
SAT Composite: 1940 (math + cr: 1320. i've taken the sat last week, and i'm hoping that i crossed 2100)
Took all AP & honors classes offered at my school. i also took a class at a local university for college credit.

i'm pretty confident in my ability to write good essays
any chance i'll get in? btw i'm going for a neuroscience major

At this point your GPA and scores are below the 25%ile for JHU.

yeah, that’s what i was worried about. but would my extracurriculars make up for it to any extent?
also…another EC i forgot to add: i performed medical research for the anesthesia dept at a local hospital

For Hopkins you want at least a 1400 and over a 95, or else you have slim to no chance

ECs are rated the same in importance as scores but below GPA. <a href=“Registrar - Homewood Schools (KSAS & WSE) | Office of the Registrar | Johns Hopkins University”>Registrar - Homewood Schools (KSAS & WSE) | Office of the Registrar | Johns Hopkins University;
