Chance me for Northwestern, Tufts, USC, & Boston College

Hey friends if y’all could chance me that would be great

Stats:

gpa uw: 3.75 (screwed around beginning of freshman yr but uphill since then)
sat I: 1390 (ok this is bad but i only got to take it once and i had the flu when i took it so)
ap: english lang and composition- 4 without studying m
no SAT II’s because my parents did not want to pay for them for some stupid reason even though they could have

oh our school doesn’t have traditional ap classes, we have a mix of the ap and ib curriculum along with university standard courses and they deflate our grades

extracurricular:

family responsibilities: so i have a younger brother that i basically parent at this point; i come from an affluent family, but my parents are always absent (my dad is always travelling and my mom is usually late-night partying) so i spent a lot of time taking care of him, so yeah
frisbee: varsity, 4 years, team captain
piano: participated in the National Music Federation Club’s piano festival and got the highest award every year. I compose my own songs and play them at local studios–more often, for music stores’ opening nights or something. It’s something I really love to do.
photography: i took a college course over the summer, have my own photography website, and had my work showcased in a college art gallery (this is also something im passionate about)
peer mentoring: part of a peer tutor club and talked about personal problems with younger kids
politics:
internship: interned with a political campaign for a senator in california for around a year
volunteer: part of an organization to help people vote for the elections, when not informing people or getting signatures, i j did writeups on different issues and presented them in a political club im part of at school
club: political discourse club–> we basically discuss politics
protest; i started a protest this year (my friend and i co-organized it) for environmental policies

(as you can tell, im lowkey an sjw)

i’m a pretty decent writer, so i’m hoping my essays and recs are good?

The main thing I’m worried about are my SATs and gpa. My sophmore and junior year gpa are good, but I know my SAT’s are holding me back for sure. How much emphasis do college admissions officers place on standardized testing, bc i know that’s not working in my favor.

this post was kinda illiterate so i apologize in advance kids

i should probably add that my intended major is IR/poli sci
