Chance me for Penn State, UVA, and VT!! WILL CHANCE BACK!

Hey guys. South Asian. Junior. Fairfax County, Virginia.
Weighted GPA is 3.813 (not including junior year)
Unweighted GPA is 3.482 (not including junior year)
So my transcript only lists my weighted GPAs and for freshman year I had a 3.929 and sophomore year I had a 3.743. I got a C+ in AP World History sophomore year but the rest were As and Bs. This year I am not doing so well. So, currently my junior year weighted GPA is 3.7 something. I took the time to calculate everything and it seems that my OVERALL GPA (all my grades from freshman year, sophomore year, and the first semester of junior year) is 3.778 weighted and 3.409 unweighted.

I think I might be able to raise it back up to a 3.8 but I'm not so sure.

I took too many classes that were just too hard for me. I'm taking three APs this year, AP Lang, AP US History, and AP Chemistry. And I'm also taking Precalc Honors. I'm going to be taking 4 APs next year so by the time I graduate I'll have taken 8 APs all together. I have never taken a regular class, all Honors or APs.

My sat score from the January SAT was 2210 and I am taking it again in May.
Math 750
Reading 750
Writing 710

SAT Subject Tests
World History 730
Math I 780

I'm going to be taking the US History, Chemistry, and Literature SATs this June.

ACT 32 (also retaking)

Extra Curriculars
Volunteered at the INOVA Hospital all last summer
Partner's Club (helping special ed kids at our school)
SoCo Eco Club (volunteering club)
Key Club (officer)
National Honor Society
National Art Honor Society (officer)
Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society)
National English Honor Society
National Spanish Honor Society
French Club
English Literature Club
I also have like 100+ service hours

I know my standardized test scores don't really match my GPA but I want to point out that my school is really tough and the teacher are really hard graders.

I'm applying to George Mason University, James Madison University, Virginia Tech, University Of Virginia, Penn State, George Washington University, University of Rochester, And University of Maryland College Park.

PLEASE CHANCE ME. Give me advice on on whatever.Thank you so much!!

Well if you aren’t doing so well your junior year, I think you can cross UVA off your list.

The test scores are good enough, but that gpa is concerning. The good thing is, you are in state. Honestly, though, I’d still say mild to moderate reach for UVA, but your test scores alone will get you into the others.

Chance back?

Thanks guys!! UVA, as much as I was to go there, it’s my reach school. I’m leaning more towards Virginia Tech and Penn State.

You probably know this, but you’re in for GMU and JMU.

UVA in in low-reach/nearly match territory. Don’t expect an acceptance, but an acceptance is possible. GWU is also a match-type. I’d give about a 40% likelihood for UVA and a 60% for GWU.
Penn State seems like a solid match/near-safety. You’re pretty set for VA Tech and Maryland.
