You’ve got no real chances for anything without an SAT/ACT score. Keep studying for the SAT, and don’t assume that because you got a 194, you’ll get a 1940. I got a 190 on my PSAT and ended up with a 1560 my first two tests.

However if you continue on your current course, You’d probably get into PSU, Pitt, Drexel, and temple. Carnegie and UPenn I’m not so sure.

If you work to get your grades up to mostly A’s and do well on the SAT (if you study it wont be that bad. I got a 178 on my psat but i just recently took the actual and got a 2300, so it is possible through studying.) you will have a decent chance, as long as you add some interesting ECs that not many people have. That will give a you an even better chance for all those schools, especially Upenn.

Chance back?

Assuming your SAT is equal to or higher than your PSAT all of the schools on your list will be matches or safeties except for CMU, you are fine.

You’re uw GPA is kind of low but your classes are challenging. At my school AP Euro had like 3 people get A’s. Your extracurriculars will be especially good if you want to major in science. I think you are a match for everything except for UPenn. It was my friend’s brother’s reach and he had a 3.9 uw and 4 years of varsity sports. Good luck though!
