Going to be a reach except perhaps Purdue. 1460 is low for all of those schools for a CS major.
Most competitive schools don’t care for the SAT Subject Math 1. 790 is fine for Math 2 but the Physics score isn’t so great. If there is time, take another SAT Subject test.
If your school’s main language of instruction is not English, a TOEFL score is required.
Your background is standard but doesn’t particularly stand out for any particular achievement, which means that many of the schools you’ve listed will likely remain reaches. 1460 seems a bit low to me, but your GPA is good. Getting into any of these schools will probably be very difficult, especially considering the fact that you’re an international applicant. Keep at it, though!
