You have a pretty good shot @ UCSD. UT Austin prioritizes the (expletive) for Texas residents, so that has the potential of being skewed against you (unless you live/were born in Texas?). EC’s were pretty generic, but your GPA and ACT/SAT are really nice. Stanford is always a reach, especially for CS. I wish you luck my friend!
