Chance me for Ten Schools (11th grade applicant)

Hi, I’m currently a tenth grader at a public high school in the process of applying to boarding schools for 11th grade in the 2023-2024 year (test optional)

I personally think that I have a demanding and diverse array of extracurriculars, and strong academics + discipline. Can I get chanced for Ten Schools? Also, was it a bad choice that I am applying for junior year instead of doing a repeat of sophomore year?

Get ready for every AO to roll their eyes at this one. You founded a national nonprofit at age 12?!?

It was in eighth grade, and I worked alongside students in eighth grade/high school across my state and in Texas in organizing and launching

You sure seem like a very impressive young person.

In answer to your original question, my understanding is that yes, your chances for admission would be considerably better if you were applying for 10th grade instead of 11th.

Depends on what schools you have applied to - 11th grade is tough for non recruited althletes at the top schools. My Daughter applied as a normal 11th grade applicant (non athlete/non repeat/very young for the class) and was accepted by 4/8 schools, WL at 2 and denied at 2 - not GLADCHEMS level

You might want to break this out and expand on it. The nonprofit looks thin to me, I would really downplay your role unless you think you can strongly back up the claims.
