<p>Acceptance rates don't really matter in this situation because both schools are very dificult to get into. However, Cornell is the more well-known and prestigious of the two, as well as having a reputation for being incredibly hard to graduate from (Not nearly as much grade inflation like HYP and the likes). Tufts is a great school too.</p>
