To be completely honest, the colleges you picked are perfect. The only exception is the C and Clemson. Clemson is the hardest out of the 4. Michigan State is a great school and from what I see acting as an admissions representative, you have good chances of getting in. That also is said about the other 3. Clemson is 50/50. I cannot really tell chances by your transcript, but otherwise, you are in good shape!
What I think would happen
Penn State - Rejected (raise your SAT score and GPA if possible)
Ohio State - Accepted
Clemson - Waitlisted (that C would hurt)
Michigan State - Hard to tell (write an AMAZING essay)
If you got a 1320+ SAT and a 3.8+ GPA I think Penn would consider you and Clemson would probably accept you. Penn is tough because its an Ivy.
@IvyDreams13 no offense but If you think Penn State is Ivy League maybe you shouldn’t be giving college advice.
@WantBigAndWarm @IvyDreams13 Neither of you seem to know that Penn is not Penn State!
I think Clemson and Penn State are great targets, and you could even call OSU and Michigan safeties. The commitment and talent with skating will really help. Maybe try to raise your SAT, or try the ACT, but you seem on track!
@WantBigAndWarm look up Ivy League colleges. Penn State is on there.
@IvyDreams13 Penn/University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia is a private Ivy League school. Penn State in State College, PA, the home of the Nittany Lions is a state school.

That’s the University of Pennsylvania, a private Ivy League University with a 9.4% acceptance rate. Penn State is public, and has a 51% acceptance rate. Very different schools.
@TomSrOfBoston I don’t think that you know what you are talking about because Penn State University is an Ivy League college.
@politicsnerd what were you going to say?
@politicsnerd @TomSrOfBoston @WantBigAndWarm Oh. Sorry, I got those two confused. LOL!
Both Penn and Penn State would be very offended by this.
I went to U Penn and we used to say that was an immediate red flag if someone confused the two.
