I applied to schools for Business/Econ this year. I have very similar stats to yours. 16 APs, All As, 35 ACT, 1550 SAT, etc. After going through the process, I feel I can offer some advice.
First, I would recommend looking on Wall Street Oasis, where high schoolers have previously asked to compare colleges for recruiting, etc (target schools).
Second, I would recommend looking at target and semi-target schools and making your college list based off of that. Target schools in general are T20s except Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, UCLA, and WashU (those are semi-targets). Other targets are UMich Ross, UVA, UT Austin BHP, and UCB. I would highly highly recommend adding UMich Ross and UT Austin BHP to your list.
The biggest tip I can give at this point is to (1) demonstrate interest through emailing, etc. and (2) really work on your “why [this college]” essays. All of the schools in your list have this essay, and it is very important that the school knows that you fit into the curriculum and school/ will make use of it. A general rule of thumb is be authentic. Think about why you really want to study business, and talk about how the school will help you develop/explore that interest. If a college senses that you are not being authentic, it can be deadly for your app. If colleges end up believing you don’t fit, so be it, but you don’t want them to deny you because you weren’t being authentic.
Your stats are obviously solid and I think your EC’s are quite impressive. However, what is most important is that you show initiative in those activities. You don’t go into detail about your EC’s, but it is important that for speech & debate/ MUN/Business Club you demonstrate that you made a difference/played an important role. Business schools especially value leadership. In your research, did you simply assist or did you actively add value to the research. Your digital marketing company and small business will certainly show your entrepreneurial spirit, so try to show how you are willing to take risks and/or dedicate yourself to a project when describing these activities.
Overall, anything can happen. I think you have a solid chance at any of these schools (Wharton will be tough) as long as you demonstrate interest and show the college you belong there.
