If I apply for financial aids what would be my chances?

Thank you for reading.

C'moon, just chance me because I want to know whether I am wasting my time or not.I can chance you back if you want!

I don't do chances, but as you are applying for financial aid, I wanted to mention that the UCs do not generally provide financial aid to OOS or international applicants. If accepted, you would have to pay full price of about $45,000/year.

International students are measured by a more difficult standard than domestic US applicants.

Your GPA and scores would need to be a lot closer to top 1% to be considered for Top 10 schools (Stanford et. al), but it looks like your stats are top 5%.

Berkeley and UCLA generally accept the top 1-2% from CA, so you're off a little there too but it would be worth the effot to reach for those two. UCSB is exactly a top 5% school. Good match there, but there will be ZERO need based financial aid (only exists for in-state students.) I don't know if there would be merit based, but not likely.

Ga Tech is probably a match also.

For international students, there are not that many universities that will offer direct FA or merit aid, but there are some so it would be good for you to ask that question in the International subforum.
