Also took a few extra classes on an online school as well as at the community college. Planning on writing my personal statements on how I had to adapt to my family’s financial situations and another one on how compassionate I am.

What do you guys think? I know my test scores and GPA are at the low end of the scale for these schools, but I’m hoping the other aspects of my applications stand out?

**Note: I added the “12th” on some of my ECs because I’m going to be doing them senior year

U queen af u gon get into all these schools

If you can nail your personal statement, then I think you have a decent shot at Cal, especially considering the internship with a professor. Your ECs seem pretty good. Try to raise your SAT score and take a subject test if possible in your major, they like that.
