In my honest opinion you should have absolutely no problem at getting into both of those schools. Your GPA is significantly higher than the average, along with your test scores.

You shouldn’t have a problem getting into your preferred major since your gpa is so high. Your ACT is not uber-competitive but but your gpa outweighs it. Your ECs also seem pretty good.
