Chance me for University of Washington!

SAT: 1930 (taking ACT this Saturday, hopefully will do better)
Washington Resident
High School GPA: 4.0 (unweighted, on the scale of 4.0)
No APs; I did running start instead, getting AA upon HS graduation.
College GPA: 3.97...
College Classes (including upcoming classes)- Japanese all 2 years(6 quarters total), English 101, Literature, Micro Econ, macro econ, intro to Stats, world civilization, Calculus 1, Chemistry Prep w/ lab, Chemistry 1 with lab, psychology, communication(speech)
-4.0 in all classes except statistics(3.7)

EC:
-International club (v.p.), key club, math team, buddy club, etc...
-working(helping?volunteering?) at my parents restaurant pretty much every day (1000+ hrs)
-Couldn't join NHS because our school required us to take at least 1 class at HS to join it, but I only did running start (community college.)
*Pretty much no EC this senior year... didn't join any high school clubs. I'm focusing on college and working at my parents' restaurant every day. Will this hurt me for admission?

I have no citizenship, so I probably won't make it for financial aid.
(Been in the US for 5 years, E-2 visa)
I'm hoping to double major in Business-Finance, and Applied Math.
I know I don't have that good EC..
What are my chances and what can I do to improve my chance?
