Chance me for USC, CMU, Cornell, UPenn, Cooper Union

I know that chance mes should be taken with a grain of salt but I have an AP chem lab report that I don’t want to do and I would sincerely like to hear others’ input. I am new to CC so sorry if I formatted this incorrectly.

Objective:
SAT I (breakdown): first time 2190: 750 CR, 710 M, 730 W. second time 2280: 740 CR, 770 M, 770 W. (superscore 2290)
SAT II (breakdown): Chemistry (720), Math II (730)
Weighted GPA: 102.80 sorry I really still have no idea how to convert to a 4.0 scale. Maybe 4.2 ish. (school doesn’t release unweighted)
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): Top 10% of 300 students, highly competitive NYC school that doesn’t rank
AP (place score in parenthesis): US History (5) World (5) Biology (4) also a foreign language that might reveal what school I go to so not saying what language but I got a 4
IB: N/A
Senior Year Course Load: AP English & Literature, AP Chemistry, AP US Gov, AP Calculus BC, Gym
Major Awards: National Merit Semifinalist (will likely be finalist), AP Scholar, Cross Country MVP senior year, National Honor Society, certified in AutoCAD

Subjective
Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Cross country, indoor track, outdoor track (all 4 years, varsity runner for Cross Country and we were state qualifiers), Church Cantor (singing volunteer, 4 yrs), Class Treasurer gr. 9, Class President gr. 10, founded Makers’ Club at my school this year (basically technology/coding club)
Job/Work Experience: Math Tutor for younger HS kids in my neighborhood, Intern in 2014 at engineering summer program (lots of employees at this program recruited from Cornell)
Volunteer/Community service: worked with schools’ Filipino club on fundraiser for Typhoon Haiyan victims, volunteering at local church to deliver clothing and supplies to Hurricane Sandy victims and ship clothing and supplies to Typhoon Haiyan victims
Summer Activities: built a toy robot with online documentation at engineering summer program 2013, interned there summer 2014 (Summer activities is probably the weakest part of my app)
Essays (rating 1-10, details): 8/10 My English teacher said I am a great writer and was very happy with my revisions but I still think it was all over the place and didn’t really show a distinct side of me (I can send it to anyone who wants)
Recommendations (rating 1-10, details): 8.5 or 9
Teacher Rec #1: Junior English Honors Teacher. Known for writing great letters and knows me well/ likes me. 9/10 or 10/10
Teacher Rec #2: Junior Precalc/Current Calc BC Teacher. Said he normally doesn’t agree to write them right away but said he would for me. I’d say maybe 8.5/10
Counselor Rec: hopefully ok, she has seen me through some emotional struggles I had throughout HS but hopefully didn’t harp on that. 7 or 8/10
Additional Rec: College counselor I think idk how this works?? it’s weird our school makes us send the college counselor a paragraph about our best qualities

Other
State (if domestic applicant): New York
School Type: Public, highly competitive NYC school (is this a hook or antihook…?)
Ethnicity: Asian (filipino)
Gender: Female
Major: Electrical Engineering
Interviews: USC (V MEDIOCRE IN MY OPINION but maybe because this is my dream school), Cornell (good), CMU (really good), UPenn (good)

wish I had done more over the summer and gotten additional recs from church leader but some people say that sending extra things could detract from your core application. idk honestly I’m just glad this process is over :'D

also sorry if this post is messy, it’s probably too late at night for me to be coherent on the internet
