Chance me for USC please

I have relatively good test scores and good grades in difficult classes but my rank is not great because my school is super competitive and I took level electives freshman and sophomore years.

GPA: 3.925 UW/ 4.65 W (these are including up to fall semester junior year, the weighted should be higher once my school
updates to include spring semester of junior year)
SAT: 1500 (780 M/ 720 R)
SAT2: 770 physics, 680 chem (i plan to take math lvl2 in august, at which point i will update this thread)
ACT: 35 (36 W/ 34 M/ 34 R/ 35 S/ 9 essay)
AP: 2016: World History (5)
2017: Chem (3), APUSH (4), English Lang (4), Stats (5), Physics 1 (5), Psych (5)
Extracurriculars: choir since 7th grade, competitive dance for 11yrs (will not be dancing competitively senior year)[this implies 15+ hrs a week of technique classes and rehearsals, and although not competing senior year, I will have 6 hrs a week of technique classes], danced in The Nutcracker for 12 yrs (this year will be 13), member of Interact (volunteer org) since 9th grade and board member 11th grade and voted secretary for 12th, member of National Science Honor Society since 10th grade, member of Mu Alpha Theta (Math National Honor Society) since 10th grade and voted secretary for 12th, historian for National Social Studies Honor Society 11th grade and voted secretary for 12th, member of National Honor Society 12th grade, published in hs lit mag 10th and 11th grade, 10th grade performed a featured role in The Music Man put on by my hs, technically a member of National English Honor Society 11th grade but that lasted like 2 weeks lol

I have a very good relationship with my physics 1 teacher, whom i will ask for a rec, and a relatively good relationship with my APUSH teacher, whom i will also ask for rec. I go to a large school so I’m not close with my counselor
It is worthy of note that I am currently attending the Harvard Secondary School (a 7 week program for hs students) and am enrolled in Physics: Electromagnetism and Architecture of Boston (both of which are semester intro college courses). I will receive an official transcript at the end of the program.
I really want to go to USC because of the diverse atmosphere and thriving fine arts. I’ve grown up performing and I would love to surround myself with a similar atmosphere for college. I am looking to be admitted by Viterbi Engineering to major in mechanical engineering; I am looking not only for admission but at least a half tuition scholarship.
Thank to to whoever takes the time to read this long ass post and actually chance me!

Your stats looks awesome! Viterbi and engineering in general is a difficult field to get into right now, but I think you have a really good shot at it.

USC is generous with scholarships as well- there are some really big ones that you can shoot for (decisions come out with your admissions offer). Go on their website and check those out.
