<p>I say you have a decent chance. Your grades are decent and you have a nice number of community service hours. It is, however, I think your ECs that will determine whether or not you get in. Your extracurriculars do not really show a passion or dedication to any one thing. I know from my interview that USC is looking specifically for passionate students. </p>
