<p>Your stats and ECs are great, also as you are an in state student it will really help. I think all the unis are a match.</p>

<p>Your GPA is definitely the strongest point here. Your test scores are a bit lacking for UVA but considering your wide variety of different EC’s (I see so many things! Varsity Sports, leadership roles, and many, many others! This is a good thing!). So what I would say is that you are a match for the school. If you are going to retake the SAT/ACT in december and try to improve it, I would definitely say you are a very strong candidate for the school.</p>

<p>You’ve got everything going for you, while your not top 10%, UVA will see how strong your GPA is and will most likely not be concerned at all with you not being top 10%. (At my school in VA a 4.26 would be in the top 10% so that just shows you how another large public school in the state looks). I think if you’re in state you should get accepted!</p>

<p>I have heard that the best way to guess if someone will get into UVA is class rank. When they heard that I was in the top 2%, they were very confident that I would be accepted. I do know that UVA is pretty strict about being in the top 10% of your class (close to 90% of their class is/was)… But I do not think that being in the top 15% could hurt you too much. I think that they will be very impressed by your AP scores and ACT score.</p>
