Chance me for Vanderbilt? (And also maybe the CV scholarship and Carell Family Scholarship)

I know this is kind of late in the game but the waiting is just killing me. I have already been accepted into Georgia Tech EA and University of Kentucky (and honors college) EA, but I was never really worried about those two. My other two RD are Vanderbilt and Duke and I just really have no idea if I have a good chance or not.

Letters of Recommendation:
AP Calculus Teacher: 10/10 (I have a very personal relationship and she has known my family for awhile)
AP Psychology Teacher and Track Coach 8.5/10 (Not as sure about this one. He always liked me in class and at practice but I had less of a personal relationship with him)
Counselor: ?/10 (Honestly have no idea. Our school got all new counselors my senior year and I have maybe talked to him once ever and I have no idea how well he can write letters of rec because he is not a very good counselor imho)

Common App Essay: 8/10. Maybe higher, but I am not sure. I wrote it my junior year and had my AP Lit and Comp teacher revise it two separate times my junior and senior year.

Schools applying to:
As previously mentioned, Duke and Vanderbilt. I also applied for the Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship and the Carell Family Scholarship for holding a part time job during high school, if anyone has any idea about how likely it is for me to receive either scholarship. (Already accepted EA at Georgia Tech and University of Kentucky (+ Honors College) )

I am really hoping for Vanderbilt because according to their net price calculator, my estimated family contribution is only about $8,000 which is manageable for my family. Any insight would be greatly appreciated because I just cannot wait to find everything out for sure on April 1st!

Thank you so much for any thoughts you have!

I have a 35 on the ACT with a slightly higher GPA than you do, but fewer extracurriculars. If you have not heard anything yet, you are not being considered for the Carell Family Scholarship because I just had a skype interview for it yesterday. They told me I have officially been admitted to Vanderbilt and I will receive the official package in the mail at the end of March. The Dean of admissions also told me during the interview that the acceptance rate is low this year (10-11%). Hope this helps.

With your stats and extracurriculars, I really do think you have a good shot at both schools. However, as we all know, college admissions can be unpredictable! Good luck!
