AP US Gov and Politics (Self Study)

Extracurriculars:
Captains of soccer, hockey, and baseball teams
President of student council and class government
Captain of Mock Trial team
Captain of Academic Decathlon
Founded a non-profit which distributes bottled water and food to residents of my city living in poverty
Founded a tutoring service for low income children in my city
Attend weekly meetings of bible study group (4-5 hours/week)
Serve on my school’s tech team (attend all theater performances at my school and assist freshmen and transfer students)

What do all of you think about my chances for Harvard, Yale, and Stanford?

Even assuming that there is a single junior 3-sport captain in your state taking AP classes usually taken by seniors. I have to wonder if you are you simply playing what-if fantasies? Because this entire post (and not for the first time) differs from all your other posts. As an example:
