According to my calculations, you have a 1910 SAT. Which numbers are correct?

Yes, CWRU does have permanent $0 admission, however, as useful as that is, it makes it a bit more difficult to gain acceptance, as the number of apps tend to rise when the app fees fall.

As far as chances go, and what you can do to improve on, try to go out for an interview if possible. Colleges like to see students as students more than as paper and computer screens. Also, perhaps try the ACT? You may have better results.

CWRU tracks your interest. So make sure you go on to the website and sign up for information. Go to visit the campus if you can, and otherwise go to an information session or talk to someone at a college fair. Do an interview on campus or with a nearby alumni interviewer.
What are you thinking of majoring in?

This year Case also has an ED option so if you know this is your first choice and is affordable for you, you may want to consider this option. If not, you may want to wait for RD because you can include your first semester grades and try to raise your GPA. I second the interview and hopefully visit and tour- I’m convinced this is important. Good luck!

write a really good essay too. My daughter was admitted EA with lower scores, no interview but they loved her essay. She did not visit until well after she was accepted. Also she is not looking to major in one of the top majors at CWRU so that might have made a difference. She is loving CWRU so far. NOT the nerd/geek reputation she was afraid of and their sense of community is not all hype. The recent airplane tragedy was handled very, very well. President Snyder is very inspiring.
