<p>Everywhere except Cornell because I know that for Ivies they have aggressively low transfer admit rates</p>

<p>Your biggest reaches are probably UC Berkeley and Cornell, but being an URM will help at those and the other schools as well. If your essays and ecs are up to par, you have excellent chances at the more competitive schools as well as the others. Good luck!!</p>
