CHANCE ME? IM NEW AT THIS. ILL CHANCE BACK

I would appreciate it you guys could guide me with college applications. My SAT score is 2010 -660/650/700- and I got a 720 on Math 2, 800 on Spanish, 700 on US History. I am international student and I moved to the US this year. My junior year GPA is 4.67 (took 4 AP's and 2 honors), my unweighted cumulative GPA is 3.94 and my weighted cumulative GPA is 4.14. No honors or AP courses were offered in my previous school. I'm ranked 6/54 due to my not-inflated GPA during freshman and sophomore year, however, I'm #1 in my class for this year.
I have a unique background, URM and blah blah blah but I probably won't make a STELLAR personal essay; at most, it'll be above average.

Sooo, I wanna know what schools I should apply to. I really don't know what to realistically aim for and everyone here sounds like they know what they're talking about. Could you guys/gals PLEASE advise me. I keep hearing that I should apply to here and there but it mostly sounds like... gibberish. I'd love to guy to an Ivy or toStanford for their prestige but I want to know the cold and hard truth... do I stand a chance? Is the fact that I am an URM helpful at all? And if so, to what extent.

I want to study Economics!

P.S: Im definitely taking the SAT again next year and I'm currently studying for it.

P.S.S: Im registered for 5 AP's and 1 honors course next year. Should I even send my US History subject test to schools? Is my math score good enough to send to private schools?
