Chance me!! (International student with low income)

Hey guys! I’m an international student from an Eastern European country looking to study in the US.I was hoping if you guys could chance/recommend me some good universities in the US for Biochemistry/Cellular Biology that offer good financial packages for international students like me.My parents earn a decent sum of money in my country , but that doesn’t compare to the amount needed to pay tuition , so I could spend at most 10k$/year.
My reach school would be JHU and I was looking to apply to Colby or Brandeis as an EDII , since I saw they have good financial aid packages , as well as Rochester , Miami and Tulane.

Here are my stats!

  • SAT 1400 (670 RW 730 M) with a 19 essay (7/5/7)
  • SAT II Bio M: 770 Chemistry:730

TOEFL:
111 (30 R 30 L 23 S 28 W)

GPA: Schools here don’t rank but I am top 2% of the class.
Ethnicity: White
Sex: Male
Grade: 12
Income: like 30k$/year , family of 4 (I got a little sister) , but we don’t have any mortgage or debt and my family owns some land in a village that can be immediately sold to the state/private companies if I ever have financial problems.

Coursework:
I’m at a pretty prestigious Math and CS school here in my country.Students in my country have like 13 subjects/year during high school , so I have 4 years of biology/chemistry/physics/maths/computer science/english/german/history/geography and other subjects (yeah , the education system here is pretty bad).

EC:
-15th place at the 2018 National Biology Olympiad for my age group.
-24th place in the country for the 2018 preliminary International Biology Olympiad qualification stage (hoping to qualify this year , wish me luck !! <3).
-Participated at the 2017 and 2018 National Earth Sciences Olympiad.
-Did 8 years of handball at my local professional team (that now plays in the junior league).
-Class representative in the School Council for over 4 years now (where we present students with volunteering opportunities , we manage school events etc.).
-Started teaching basic C++ to a class of junior students at my school (basically their prof is also my prof and he lets me and another guy teach for his class , it’s extremely amusing  !)
-Participated at an Excellence Center (basically a cram school for olympiads where we discuss past papers and 1st year undergraduate stuff) in Biology in the 2017-2018 school year.

I have also been offered places at UK universities (e.g. Glasgow) which have good programs , so I want you to be as harsh and realistic as possible  !!
If you have other unis that have a good undergraduate program and offer good financial aid packages for students like me , please let me know!

Thanks for reading!

Would you be able to afford your UK options?

Of course, this is why I’m looking to apply in the US as well. Any college that has a great undergraduate program and can offer me a decent place would be the cherry on top. I would like to do a PhD in the US, and my view is that by doing my undergrad there as well I’d be more accustomed to the people around me, and I’ll get to have a smoother experience overall.
