I would like to know your opinions on my chances to be accepted.
Major: BME
SAT: 620 M, 570 W, 570CR
GPA: 17.5/20 (very rigorous HS curriculum)
Speaks 4 languages fully: Spanish, English, Hebrew, French.
International Student from a country with social unrest at the moment.
Legacy
ECs: founder of a first aids group, president of Model UN, director of a youth movement, lots of community service hours, class president/delegate. Sports. Participation at international level in ECs.
Ethnicity: Hispanic with European traits.
Essays: really good and showed a lot of interest.
Recommendations: phenomenal, some of them were 2-3 pages long.

<p>Also, I heard that some engineering schools give their Wait-list’ed students the chance to accept an offer of admission in the school of arts and sciences. Is this the case with BU or not? just curiosity.</p>

<p>Low reach. Try to bring up your SAT scores. College is getting more competitive…trust me. This score might have been fine the past years…but…now? Eh. This is only considered “average”. I’m sorry if I sound mean. lol</p>

<p>Agree that SATs are too low. You will be full pay, so some may accept you, but these won’t be the elite schools or ivy’s.</p>
