Chance me; is my list realistic?

Hi, all!
The colleges that I'm looking at are:
WashU
Notre Dame (Legacy)
Boston College
Carnegie Mellon
Rice
Yale
Columbia
Penn
(Before someone says something, I purposely didn't include my safety schools. I don't really need to be told they are safeties. :) )

I'm a rising senior from a small town outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I go to a large public school for my area; I think we have 2,500 enrolled students? We are one of the top 5 public schools in the state. Every year we send a couple kids to very selective schools, Brown being the most popular. My school is a little weird with how grades work. There are no weighted grades (so no class rank). Also, an A+, A, and A- ALL count as a 4.0, same as B-, B, and B+ are all a 3.0. However, I tried recalculating my GPA to the 'normal' scale, but it didn't change it that much.

Now for the fun stuff!

Stats:
White female
Wisconsin

ACT: 35
ACT Writing: 10
PSAT: 217 (in my state, this will probably qualify me for National Merit Finalist.)
GPA: 3.92 UW

Junior Courseload: Spanish IV, Calculus, AP Micro, AP Macro, AP Psych, AP English Lit, Honors Physics
Senior Courseload: AP Euro, AP Spanish Lang, AP Calc BC, AP Stats, AP Physics, Independent Study English

APs: USH (5)
Pending-- Micro, Macro, Psych, English Lang, English Lit
SAT IIs: USH (750)

I've taken the hardest classes my school has to offer. I probably have one of the hardest course loads in my grade. I am one of only three Juniors to take AP English Lit, which is a senior level class.

ECs:

Forensics-- (Team Interp Captain) I'll be doing forensics for all four years. I double enter in Oratory and Poetry-- this makes me the first person my school in over ten years to double power. I am one of the best Orators in the state-- no state title, but I've been the alternate for nationals two years in a row.
Theater-- Been in three school shows, been a lead in two. Will probably student direct a show this year.
Stage Crew-- I'm the most senior member of stage crew right now. I've been on production crew for five shows. I'm not officially the stage manager for every show, but I'm assigned that role almost every show.
Poetry Out Loud-- Qualified for state
JSA-- Cabinet member for two years
Student Senate-- on executive board as a sophomore
NHS
Spanish Honor Society

Volunteer:
Went to Mexico for two weeks as a freshman, helped in a group home for abandoned and neglected children in Puebla.
Every year I am a program assistant for my county's Girl Scout Camp. Definitely leadership. I've probably spent 250+ hours in total there.
I do a lot of food packing events. My dad and I are organizing our own, which is supposed to be in November. It'll involve organizing over 500 volunteers in $10,000 in funding. Super excited!
Other activities-- blood drives, translating during food pantry events, peer tutoring

I'm getting letters of rec from my forensics coach/math teacher, who knows me really well, and my AP English Lit teacher, who I'm also doing my independent study with. They should both be excellent. They like me and are good writers. My guidance counselor doesn't know me as well (she has over 500 students she's in charge of!), but she likes me well enough. If I need another, I'll ask the head of the theater department. We've done a lot together.

I think that's everything. I'll try to chance back as many people as possible!

Oh! I also have a part time job working 20 hours a week at the local grocery stores. That definitely sucks up some time!

Your list is definitely realistic. Your as qualified as anyone else applying for ivy leauge/ top tier schools.
