NYU - Low Reach
Cornell - High Reach

Though your EC’s are stellar, your objectives need improvement. Work hard during senior year and improve your SAT score to at least a 2100 +, GPA to a 3.8, and take Math Level II senior year, as many colleges don’t accept Math Level I for SAT II’s.

NYU is a match. I’ve seen people get in with 1600 on the SAT

I suppose this depends on the school OP is planning on attending. NYU Stern is clearly a reach but I’m not sure about the others.
