Based on this, I dont think your list is good - hopefully you’ve not applied to all the colleges you listed in your OP yet.

NCSU is the only one where you really have a shot and I’m not sure you’ll get a scholarship high enough to let you attend (in the US it’s a top 10% college but I assume it’s not on the list that your government sponsors.)

UCs don’t value the IB much and to have a shot at UCB you’d need a 7 in both Math HL and CS. (Yes I know a 7 means world-level but that’s pretty much your competition
UCs will consider the 5 equivalent to an AP 3 even though it’s not.)

The fact you’re top 10% in your country will help at colleges that look more in-depth - perhaps with ED2 at a LAC that meets need for some internationals like Bucknell, Lafayette, Trinity CT
where they aren’t likely to have many applicants from your region of the world. However they’re all extremely selective and need-aware: depending on how much you need without government sponsorship, you may not be admitted because of how muchvmoney they would need to use for a scholarship.
Since you’ve not replied with an amount to my question about budget, my assumption is that your parents can’t afford much.

My immediate advice is to apply ASAP to UCincinnati for EE if the honors college and Cincinnatus scholarship deadline haven’t passed.
