<p>Got into the Institute for Creative Problem Solving for Gifted and Talented Students ( I think it pretty prestigious.. on long island at least)</p>
<p>Semifinalist in American Legion Oratorical Competition (county level)</p>
<p>I'm treasurer for the Honor Society.. but i'm planning on running for more positions...
I'm also planning on doing some intense Summer Research the coming summer.. if that helps at all.
I've also done a whole other bunch of competitions but i'm not sure if it matters since i didn't win anything..does participation count?</p>
<p>and one final question... if your grades are kinda low in one subject, but everything else is pretty good, does it really matter that much?</p>
