Chance me please. I am not your straight A+ student :(

Hey, i am only a junior in high school, but i have been getting really worried about my future college life... This post is going to be pretty vague and general but i just need to know what my chances are for schools that require about a 4.0 weighted gpa. And also, maybe some of you can recommend what i should do to make my chances better.
I have a 3.67 weighted GPA
Participated in Lacrosse for one year. Going to participate in Cross Country, Winter Track, and Spring track for 3 years. (unfortunately, i am not in varsity for any of them :(
Officer in Hand in Hand (club that deals with mentally disabled children), chinese club, yearbook club, band for 3 years
SAT 2: 700 on bio, plan on taking physics and Math 2c (hopefully i get 700+ on both of them)
SAT 1: haven't taken them yet but hopefully above 2100
My 11th grade classes: Physics honors, EMA(trig honors), English Honors, AP lang and Comp, Spanish 4 cp, and Wind symphony. (however, i am only mediocre in these classes besides math which i have an A in)
I don't know if this is important, but freshman year i only took 2 honors, then went down to only 1 honors class in my sophmore year. I decided to challenge myself and took 3 honors + 1 Ap course so maybe colleges would see that i am trying my hardest to become a better student?
I know my stats are weak, but i really need someone to be blunt and honest with me. What are my chances in getting into these colleges i have in mind: Swarthmore, Haverford, U of Pittsburgh, Lehigh, Villanova, NYU. If all of these colleges/universities are reaches, then what can i do to make my chances better?
